Inarguably Kauai’s finest estate, this Balinese-inspired Masterpiece is situated on 15+ acres located directly above Secret Beach on Kauai’s north shore. The property is gated and private. Hale ‘Ae Kai boasts spectacular views of the ocean, Secret Beach, Bali Hai and the historic Kilauea Lighthouse.

The house is comprised of four Balinese-inspired Pavilions. The Central Pavilion is accessed across a 3,500+ square foot Koi pond and features a gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, office and a guest bedroom with a King-sized bed and bathroom with shower. Each room in the Central Pavilion has ocean view lanais with spectacular views of the ocean and the Kilauea Lighthouse. On the ground floor of the Central Pavilion, the house features a media room with drop-down projector and screen, full bathroom with shower and a state-of-the-art exercise room complete with Cybex Eagle equipment, Pilates reformer and ping pong table. The lower level also features a full kitchen that services the swimming pool area as well as the lower level. The media room has a Queen-sized sofa/bed for a possible maximum occupancy of 10.

The Master Pavilion, which encompasses over 1,100 square feet (excluding the three lanais), includes a bedroom/living area with a King-sized bed, a wet bar with Subzero refrigerator/freezer drawers and a hot water tap for tea as well as stunning ocean/Kilauea Lighthouse view and garden/Koi pond view lanais. The Master Pavilion bathroom features an indoor and outdoor shower with lanai, two sinks and a generous dressing room and storage area.

The two Balinese-inspired Guest Pavilions -Woodstone and Blackstone- are freestanding cottages, uniquely decorated, with each featuring a King-sized bed, wet bar with refrigerator and bathroom with shower that has the ability to transform the experience from an indoor shower to an outdoor shower with the touch of a switch. Each of Woodstone and Blackstone also has an outside shower and a private enclosed courtyard lanai together with a superb oceanside lanai that features outstanding views of the ocean and the Kilauea Lighthouse.

The 1,600+ square foot infinity pool and Jacuzzi look out to the Pacific Ocean.

Each of the Master Pavilion, guest bedroom, exercise room, media room, Woodstone and Blackstone feature TVs with satellite service. Other amenities include wireless internet throughout much of the estate, award-winning landscape design features, an organic garden and numerous artistic artifacts from across Southeast Asia.
